The EVP is generally responsible for budget and budget related functions, including budget preparation, expense review, field rental billing and coordination of League Programs and Schedules. Assists the Baseball President in formulating the general direction and scope of the Baseball League and its functions. The EVP is a non-voting member of all Baseball Related Committees, except for the purposes of breaking a tie vote.
