SKSA League Team Sponsor Details Submission Form

This form is used to upload league sponsor details so that they can be posted to the website.

• This only applies to sponsors supporting SKSA Metro and Senior League teams.
• All league sponsors will be placed on a single league sponsor page
• This does not replace the forms required for banner submission or the league sponsorship form

1. Please include all required details or the form will not submit. Required fields are indicated with (*).
2. All submitted information will appear on the website.
3. Sponsor logo images must be under 2MB or they will not upload.
4. If you have multiple sponsors use a submission for each one.
5. If you find any mistakes on the pages please email vp.communications@sksa.com with corrections
